Steven R. Daniels has been Pro Hac Vice counsel of record for the Plaintiff.

The law firm of Farney Daniels, P.C. will no longer represent Plaintiff.

Plaintiff will continue to be represented by David C. Boggs counsel from the firm of Wishart Norris Henninger & Pittman, PA and by Gary R. Sorden, Braxton, Hiltoon & Perro

By the way, the court granted the motion removing Steven Daniels, and Farney Daniels, from the Eyetalk365 cases.
