I don't know ..... They may be getting ready to bring this thing down. I voted no for my shares as well but I wonder if they might use all this as an excuse to pack it all in ....

Regardless of all the information that is available (which admittedly is sparse) you would figure if there was a future for LQMT the share price would reflect some appreciation for that notion.Thirteen cents a share and down over 75% on the near past is far from a positive indicator.

I've been in LQMT for five years now, and passed up opportunities to sell at .40, .34 and in the high .20's, all contrary to advice from my sons who know their way around the financial world. I'm starting to grow tired of the wait and am holding on only because I've sold out early a couple of other times on stocks only to watch them go up significantly at a later date.

Sorry for the public crying but things look a little dark at LQMT today.
