If so, then what would be a lesser charge for: Aggravated DUI (Felony DUI) in Arizona

The following link has lots of information. Does anyone know the specifics of the charges and circumstance of John Bourque's prior history with his DUIs. My take is that if John Bourque pleads guilty to Aggravated DUI that its mandatory that he serve the minimum prison time assigned to this charge, thus using the below link one can align what may be a continuation of prison time for John Bourque if his charge is not lowered.
