The BOD is doing what it needs to do post sabotage

Did I miss something? I thought SK on the last webcast said they had a labeling issue? The BOD has continued doing what is best for them post labeling issues since they have continued to give themselves bonuses and free options and continue to sell ATM shares at near low prices. I guess the CA has not stopped the BOD from rewarded themselves! LOL!

PPHM THE COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN LOOKING TO ADD QUALIFIED BOARD MEMBERS SINCE 2010 YET CAN'T FIND A MATCH WITH THE CURRENT CREDENTIALS OF OUR BOD AND THEIR PENNY STOCK PEDIGREE. 75% OF THE BOARD HAS/HAD TIES TO PATRIOTIC SCIENTIFIC WHICH NOW TRADES AT 5 PENNIES YET THE COMPANY CLAIMS TO HAVE AN INDEPENDENT BOD.

PPHM THE COMPANY WHOSE CEO IN MARCH 2014 TALKED ABOUT A PARTNERSHIP COMING TO FRUITION IN UPCOMING YEAR. IT IS NOW MARCH 26, 2015, 85 days past the year 2014. CREDIBILITY IS AN ISUUE. ALL IMO.
