I'm loosely quoting the opinion and it is ". . . . It is highly unlikely that the courts would release him, just to send him back to prison. I see this case going one of two ways; either they dismiss the whole case or it is plead down and the system accept his time as time served and life goes on."
I have also heard others familiar with the legal system here, say much the same thing.
