Don't think so because GEAR is incorporated in WY. WY SOS would have the most accurate information where OTC Markets puts up what the company sends them. That said it doesn't mean it will not run. Maybe not as far as you would like but it could run. Be weary of the WOM agreement though. Randall Goulding and family set up a massive share exchange program. It would behoove you research that agreement and who is involved. On a brighter note Dale Geck is actually not listed in the WY SOS filing which is a good deal. On a sadder note GEAR's new company address is a UPS Store in Pensacola, FL.
