Just checked SINGs SEC filing...still don't see a filing announcing a CPA to do the auditing for the uplist...How is that possible with only weeks till the good news is released? I mean any other company that has tier upgraded in the OTC has filed an 8k with the SEC announcing the hiring of CPA
