All this is reminiscent of all the PR pumps from the beginning, and decline; The IR 0.01 runup, the special MM coming on board etc. There were all kinds of great new coming out soon pumps and none have panned out. All of it was just hopeful speculation by pumpers and ignorant investors when APT management wasn't saying anything or after release after continued release of bad new filings.

Unless someone has insider information,they have no idea what new, if any, is coming. Anything at this point is just conjecture and speculation.

PS...the .01 target to get rid of IR opportunity passed by a long long time ago. But yes it could still happen. With a minimum 1000/1 Reverse Split. But I would expect at least a 10,000/1 RS. That way PBT has more time to dump shares before the share price goes back to no bid.
