I think the insiders did clobber some PR-based rallies after recent news releases. I'm not suggesting massive dumping or anything that horrible, but enough to keep a lid on EAPH when it would have otherwise rallied. Nobody really KNOWS who's on the sell side of those orders, but it was a pattern I could see, just like that pattern I bought BEFORE that PR came along that got sold right back down. Typically, that's insiders taking advantage of their inside knowledge. Almost anything goes in the OTC/pinks, and I don't put anything past the insiders.
