Company paid stock promotion without mention in the stock promotion disclaimer

1. Scam company pays largest stockholder Norman Brodeur $16,000 per month, for, among other things, investor relations.

2. Norman Brodeur controls Williams Nichols Associates.

3. Williams Nichols Associates issues glowing promotional research on scam company ADTM.

4. Williams Nichols Associates FAILS TO MENTION that its controlling person is also the largest stockholder of ADTM and that he is getting paid for investor relations of ADTM.

not surprising

and why is this not surprising?

because this is what scam companies do!

"On October 1, 2014, the Company entered into a Consulting Agreement with Norman Brodeur, a beneficial owner of greater than 10% of the Company’s outstanding stock, pursuant to which Mr. Brodeur provides management and business consulting services, primarily in connection with identifying and evaluating prospective strategic business opportunities and alliances and managing prospective investor relations in exchange for a fee of $16,000 per month. The agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days’ notice."
