Management says this stock is significantly undervalued and yet we are in this range and no one is buying... frustrating when the truth slaps you in the face!!!



Yes, the no one is buying includes management! Yes, St. Louis said he would not sell his preferred shares at this level, but dilution does not hurt his preferred shares, as he can increase their conversion rights with the stroke of a pen. Now, if he had said the price is so undervalued, he would start buying commons on the open market, maybe the undervalued line would hold a little credence.
