REVO patents have never been upheld, goodboy.

The US Patent Office issues, or denies, patents.
The Courts determine whether to 'uphold' a patent if it's validity or effectiveness is challenged.

We shall have to wait and see what the court decides on the validity and scope of those REVO patents.

Let's be clear:
The US Patent Office has issued patents to REVO.
REVO patents were cited when the US Patent Office denied a patent application by Alarm Force.

Neither the validity nor the effective scope of those REVO patents has, previously, been challenged in the courts.

So the existence of the REVO patents is settled, but neither their validity nor their effective scope has ever been upheld under challenge.

Hence the infringement case brought by Eyetalk365.

That's all reasonably straightforward isn't it?
