All our printers/scanners are networked throughout the company.
We previously used Canon's with no login required then switched to HPs where we need to log in.
They also reduced the copy quality to save on toner to the point where it sucks. And the default for scanning is 100ppi which makes it just about unreadable to save disk space. That at least can be overridden if you have a clue how to access that menu!
Efficient? Hell no. Try typing in a password on a touch screen no bigger than a smart phone and you have to use all the BS characters required.
