Endeavor IP, Inc.'s Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Endeavor MeshTech, Inc., Announces It Has Filed Patent Infringement Lawsuits Against Two New Defendants
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 03/26/15 -- Endeavor IP, Inc. (OTC PINK: ENIP) ("Endeavor"), an intellectual property services and patent licensing company, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Endeavor MeshTech, Inc. ("MeshTech") has filed patent infringement lawsuits against two additional defendants.
On March 25, 2015, MeshTech filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Synapse Wireless, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. On the same day, MeshTech filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina against Tantalus Systems, Inc.
The lawsuits allege that the defendants have infringed and continue to infringe the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,379,981, 8,700,749, and 8,855,019.
