You are wrong, maronti. Here's why.

The case listing you posted is not restricted to those listed for hearing today. Only the first 6 cases are listed for today.

If you still don't believe me, then look at the entries for Eyetalk365 on that listing.

Eyetalk365 cases are listed at two times. The first is for a Markman hearing at 09:00. The second is for a Jury trial at 09:30.

It is not practical to schedule a Markman Hearing and a Jury trial on the same day.

It is not practically possible for the 09:00 Markman hearing to be concluded within 30 minutes. You should know this, from the article you posted earlier.

It is not practically possible for the Jury trial to start immediately on the same day as a Markman hearing. That is self-evident to anyone who knows about litigation.

If you look at the Court Docket you will find that the Markman hearing is scheduled for October.

You've got the right time. But wrong day and wrong month for that hearing.
