CB, logic would dictate, CYRX meets the requirements to uplist.. Here's the logic.. The underwriter guarantees 15 million to CryoPort.. If the underwriter was to only raise 5 million for example, the underwriter is now on the hook for the other 10 million... You don't make that kind of bet, unless you're 100% certain, that all requirements presented will be implemented.. The fact the underwriter is making this guarantee 15 million bet, that's beyond impressive...

The reverse if implemented,meaningless in the long run, as long as CryoPort executes..The valuation of your holding does not change.. Citibank implemented a reverse.. If you had owned the stock at the time of the reverse, one woukd have doubled their money at today's market price.. I have seen some OTCBB companies reverse their stock, deliver on their numbers, and return value to their shareholders.. Other companies did not execute, reversed, and failed... Cryoport is executing like nobody's business...
