Wonder if the new "partner" has found out how badly Makmanns and Purdon screwed the old "partner". Promised him millions to finance a world class mj bidness, got him to mortgage himself AND his kid to the hilt to buy land in Mendocino, then sold their shares to unsuspecting "investors" based on the flood of PRs.

Then, the royal screwing, where Makmanns and Purdon told the Amatos : "You didn't really think we were actually going to hold up our end of the bargain did you?" and ran away laughing with their wallets full of "stolen" $$.
