You know how easy it is to raise the A/S or do a reverse split? All they need is a majority of the votes. Kabirs have 40 billion votes.
Simple math tells you they can dilute forever and simply history tells you they won't stop just because they maxxed out the A/S - when it takes less time to change it than to send out a PR.
