CryoPort is killing 2 birds with one stone with this S1..15 million guaranteed,and uplisting to the Nasdaq.. The Nasdaq application has already been filed according to the S1.. Once the S1 registration is effective, that's if CryoPort agrees to move forward with Aegis, CryoPort will become a Nasdaq company, if approved..
The reverse split, could be minimal or not even necessary, depending where the CryoPort stock is trading in the next 4/6months...
