AEterna Zentaris Inc. (AEZS)

I hate to say you're right, but there it is in their latest filing. While I believe in the technology AEZS represents, I hate seeing them doing this. They have become dependent on issuing more stock and warrants, then cutting the numbers with reverse splits, it's a very bad cycle.

Personally I'm against it, but I doubt very much that individual shareholders can stop it from happening. I have to suspect they already have the support of those who received the just issued shares and warrants. Most companies have control of elections and even the least popular issues are supported by the institutions and major investors. I'm frankly uncertain if I'll continue ownership of this stock.
