Don't waste your time. He (Russ) thinks he is above his shareholders and only looks at them as an endless source of ATM revenue.

If you call him, he is always in a meeting (on the phone with someone else) or can't come to the phone or is not into work yet.

Rotten way for a CEO to behave. I do not live that far from him but I have come to the conclusion that I would just be wasting my time as well in that regard.
