Did I read that 27 million shares shorted in ENTB were never recovered?

Could be why this isn't moving.

The shorts shorted themselves perhaps?

There are some who have millions and millions of shares of ENTB they claim.

What exactly is the truth here?

They all can't be frauds can they?
