The problem now is they owe SLW money soon. They don't have the cash needed to start production when silver gets high enough so will have to raise it someway. They need twentyish dollar silver or so to go...
The good is they renegotiated the SLW stream and I think it's manageable now. It could have crushed them if not. Many streamers are having to renegotiate as they are losing some good streams. The SLW stream kept them from diluting and imo dilution is worse. It kills. They have the silver. Some of best. They have the facilities and have been working on improvements for when they restart. They have their environmental business which is carrying them AND gives them the option to sell some of it if needed. Especially when production is restarted.
They need time, money and a higher silver price. People selling are giving up for those reasons. I'm willing to hold as I think these will happen. If the silver bull is over they won't make it.
