A couple of months ago they issued one of many note holders 90 million shares of common stock and still ended up owing more on that note than the original face value. That one note comes with a 42% VWAP discount. It is impossible for them to get back on top of the toxic debt that Perry created. There is no "it's going to get better" scenario here. The company is dead and the only thing remaining is to bury the corpse.
