As Pauly three fingers made clear at the NYC meeting, the then current management team (suave, Pauly and the swordsman) did not raise any money from shareholders, so their concerns mattered little.

To a certain extent, I agree. Now if Pauly had diluted, another story.

The fins show that management has been providing the funding, so they have no obligation to current shareholders.

But at some point, one would think they would like to get a return on their investment.
