3kronor reported the sale of Nyheter on 8th September 2014 - at the same time Newsner was started! Yet, Newsner had a successfull test months before the sale of Nyheter! Should have driven up the sale price significantly.

Then, when the agency bought away from Tre Kronor recently it was stepped up efforts and now has the site in the business.

Now that we have invested, we have been around 1.2-1.5 million unique visitors a week , says Johan Rikner. The site is an entirely their own initiative and not on behalf of any client.
