CEO Steve Samblis isn't waiting for SEC-Filing-Revenue....?

Because he can make a ton of money selling at this level all the way down to .0001. So between his free shares and his financer's deal we will have endless dilution all the way to the next reverse split. Possibly Billions of shares dumped on the market.



Why is Steve Samblis selling now....instead of waiting until he files his next SEC Filing. He is going to at least report enough revenue to super size his meal at McDonald.....right?

I think the cost to supersize a meal is less than a dollar?
