and the "NSS" is IRRELEVANT if we cannot freely trade. good grief, what ANVIL just said was 100% accurate. newton IS the problem, how can u not see that? how can you not admit that newton's allowing this to go to gray is egregious? the NAKED SHORTERS havent put out deceptive PR's, the NAKED SHORTERS did not cause this to go gray. the naked shorters have not kept us from getting off the DTC lock. the naked shorters havent failed to respect the shareholders with simple truthful data.
stop blaming some subjective argument, and start blaming the man in charge who has deceived and hidden for years, and blew off the SEC causing this to go gray, which will probably result ultimately in us losing all our investment.
