This is a real long article that outlines the provable fraud at Citi and they also have the goods on Lehman Bros. and they have had this evidence for awhile. It might be a good time to forward this to your representative to see if there is any response. It is written by Bill Black who was also in charge of the Savings and Loan scandal in the 80's in which thousands of bankers actually went to jail.
