The reason NGCG doesn't do better for their pps is because they aren't that interesting and they have a low float. OTC stocks run on MOMO and buzz. NGCG is a good solid company that is profitable, but right now there isn't anything exciting about it. People come in when they report their financials it runs a couple of days and then it stalls because people lose interest. without any catalysts this will continue to trade like this. It will trade for weeks with a large bid/ask spread and people will slowly lose patience and dump at the bid.

Sadly, NGCG is a victim of being a decent company stuck on the OTC.
