You have zero knowledge of anything. S8 is used a lot by a CEOs of micro caps when hiring "consultants" in lieu of cash. The IB who is engaging with GFTI is NOT working for free. An upfront fee and/or equity is customary. I doubt, National 1 is working on this bs private placement on pure success. Who is going to subscribe to this shell? EB5s? LOL
