Fluff news of Letter of intent. That worthless news made it possible for the dumping of shares, which in the end raised the OS once again. Unfortunately with the 37 Billion AS, I see Chang and associates continuing their share selling onslaught. Future might be bright but not before they Reverse once this gets to 4-6 billion OS IMO>
