You really are a novice. S-8 stock is only given to employees or people with a professional designation for legal services etc. In addition broker dealers cannot accept S 8 stock for services or a retainer.

Secondly there is no retainer agreement between Network and Global. That I verified. You have nothing except hanging on to Belen. LOL
