Institutions continuing to feed out reducing holdings. Shorts see it and are contributing to the bleed. Guess they're right.

Setting up for a big capitulation on massive volume.
Might then be a time for a buy side trade....... but only a trade.
Long term holders should go to sleep and come back in a year or two.
