You would have to be an idiot to buy this stock. Remember "the trend is your friend" and this one has been trending down for a long time. Then comes a 100:1 RS and as we all know a RS is generally considered a bad thing (a forward split is a good thing).

As for all the downloads, what percent are free and what percent are paying customers? I'm sure its in the range of 99% free.

So, there you have it. Buy any other stock on any exchange at random before you buy this.
