Management is taking a more subdued approach diluting the float this time, but fear not as I'm confident CNXS will report a newly issued outstanding share increase at least 4 times greater (12+ MM) in May than their last reported 3MM shares.

Wouldn't surprise me at all to see well over 500MM CNXS shares out by the EOY.
