I personally find it rather ironic and quite hypocritical (this is my opinion) that a particular lawyer - who appearently has passion for the Constitution and upholding the rights established in it, especially the First Amendment - may be trying to use my beliefs and opinions below against me in a Court of Law.

"I’m of the opinion that this transaction will not go through as it is stated. From this point forward, I have to keep all my info off the boards and I’m sure you all know why."

"I’m of the strong belief that some fireworks may go off real soon that may stop this proposed deal"

"But know there is a die-hard group of large shareholders who I believe would rather see this ship sink then to see someone else make off with any of the leftover goods"

What ??? Can't express my beliefs and opinions ??

Trying to abridge my freedom of speech ??

First Amendment only applies if and when it suits someone ??

Just my opinion here, but seems to me some people may have a lot more passion for money than they do for the First Amendment.

Just my opinions !!!! Thank you!
