SHOM .0013,recent pr may have spurred selling

without much outside intervention...

If the 1st quarter guidance is only

an increase over that quarter versus

the previous year results...Followers

would see a small loss possible...

And many may have tossed SHOM aside to

chase another tail wagging...

10K filing with share count update should

reveal the reasons for selling...

Not much forward looking in the current

share price though if some new products

get added to the Encore mix which could

be the reason for franchise buybacks...LJ
