Reflecting on last weeks day in court, here is more positive interpretation that our outcome in court will be positive:

Playbev has been withholding the names of two key distributors from playboy and playboy filed a motion to have Playbev reveal those names. At the same time she issued a stay of execution to give Playbev approx 20 days from 3/13 to prove that playboy has done something illegal regarding their existing distribution base. If you go to the docket you will see the stay of execution if you question the accuracy of my interpretation.

I believe it is these 2 distributors that claim via heresay that they had potential orders ready for 150 truckloads pending court outcome.

Someday we will look back and say" remember when everybody gave up on Iehab when his only business was Playboy energy drink but look at us now!"

I found a way to cover the next court date so not to worry about just in time info.
