I agree with your assessment. I also think it is hard to pull together a large deal of this type without the GKG already being planted. For example, a 90MW Power plant would require 18,000 acres of available land to be planted. It would probably be difficult to guarantee to a developer that much affordable land will be available for the project. The developer would more likely opt to make a deal with someone who can guarantee that feedstock will be available.
