josh, I think you may have misunderstood what Casino was referring to. Rod stated "The facts are not being revealed in any regard and that may spell a big change in stock shares owned requiring Mr Chang's approval?" Casino was pointing out that Chang's approval was unnecessary because he holds the Preferred Share which gives him total decision-making ability for the company. I made a similar comment in another post simultaneously.
