Hey 8 thanks for fishing PT on the options. Nice to see some names and intentions. Argonaut is an interesting play didn't see what they raised but saw they are pretty aggressive and their investor deck had some nice detail.

Sorry to see we didn't get a PR YET on San Felix payout but nice to see some other color. So we are now challenged with input at Rancho Placer? What's the solution a bigger front loader or another the same size? Would guess a flea skinner like PT probably has a repo in view and ready to pounce. Hopefully they are squeezing enough off the placer to upgrade.

What's the odds on getting San Felix back? Yes its not like a we want it now but maybe its still a decent asset to have if the metals go real.
