Doesn't imply a scam at all. Many companies utilize a commercial building that provide one or more office suites often with shared security, admin personnel (like people who answer the phones for all of the offices in the building), shared conference rooms, etc.

I'm not surprised at this arrangement at all considering that we have no idea if the company makes any money at all. With that in mind were you expecting a nice new large commercial building all owned and operated by many Quture employees?
