Well the good news is that FDA does accept clinical trial in a foreign country as long as conditions are met. Doing this will save them money. Also I hope they will soon announce a principal investigator for US clinical trial.

When Chang stated he is finalizing the IND submission in latest PR, am led to beleive that a new IND app was submitted in the past month or recently after his drug was manufactured. The Oct 2014 may have been returned stating he need to manufacture his drug before IND approval.

A PR of an IND approval would be nice.

In any case, Ive been following this stock for a while and will hold on to it until otherwise. This seems promising.
