I think I figured out what the manipulator is up to here.He bumps the shares up .0001 on a few small paint jobs,so that the following day he can do a huge dump.The bid ask ratio after the dump today was an astounding 10 K to over 24 million!!what does that tell you??Nobody wants this worthless scam! RARE EARTHS...don't make us laugh!!
