Question in regards to "Update to John Bourque's legal issues; Today, Tuesday, at 9 AM was a five minute hearing scheduled for John Bourque to enter a plea before the judge."

ok, This question has as focus: "to enter a plea"

It's a fair assumption that "to enter a plea" of guilty or not-guilty was made by John Bourque via his lawyer at the start of his recent trial that was declared in error by the higher court. Of course his plea was stated as not-guilty which initiated the trial.

If this "to enter a plea" scheduled for today is just a reconstruction necessary for any determination if John Bourque will plea guilty and be sentenced as such, or plea not-guilty which determines that a trial be set in motion, then I'm thinking that unless John Bourque can "negotiate" with the state and judge and have a guilty plea recorded with the understanding that "time spent" will fulfill his sentence, that or a not-guilty plea by John Bourque to set into motion a new trial with a possibility of no-bail derived from the conditions of a flight risk determined in the past to be still valid.

My bet is a not-guilty plea with bail denied pending a new trial that the state will scheduled far into the future such that John Bourque will effectively "pay the price" of his third DUI even if a not guilty determination is found.

Ya'up, Bourque Industries has no ability to produce Kryron without John Bourque engaged directly at Bourque Industries, and it appears that possibility is years in the future.

Sounds like a SELL SELL SELLL.
