Called from Walnut Grove. Flew back over weekend to get some medical attended to. Will need a lens implant soon but is outpatient hour's surgery. But has a new offer from Fresnillo to speak about when back down to meet in Hermosillo and thinks will probably include some cash payment offered while they drill the Rancho since the last offer did not. He hired on the Colorado miner to manage the Julio crew and expects explosive permit very near term with no concerns but time involved to issue . Was gold in the test placer run but is now running as expected much better with new control and will reach 5-6 oz but feels experience will see $9K daily or closer to 8 oz. Now a problem is front loader is too small for the increased input possible. Is speaking with Argonaut Gold on the JV and says, "They raised a lot of money of late".
