No as they are all former since there are none at all. Its a dead shell. They are not permitted to sell theirs due to rule 144 since they are no longer a current reporting co. Otherwise can you imagine every OTC stock increasing shares to billiins then cease reporting and sell all the shares? Common sense is why rule 144 is in place to prevent that from happening.
