Updated OTC Company Information when he said he would.

Updated investors of 2015 direction. He is currently looking for financing to move forward.

Said he would have all of OTC filings completed by May 12. Its still not May 12th.

If you want out of this stock Im not sure calling it a scam and a fraud is a good way to go about it. IMO
