you never stated "under normal circumstances"

say, would you also consider losing 2/3rds of senior management to be "not normal"?

how about massive net losses close to $10 million?

would that also be "not normal"?

how about getting private placement investments from convicted felons?

Well, what I meant exactly was ...

"under normal circumstances", and the price drop was caused by something that clearly wasn't normal, and something no one could have possibly anticipated, right ???
